We want to make sure you love your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your items, we are pleased to offer you an exchange or online store credit within 14 days of the original purchase date or shipping date, whichever is later. Items purchased at 40% off or more are Final Sale. Fragrances are Final Sale.
We do not offer refunds.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please contact us for an RA# before returning your item. If shipping from out of country please write “returned merchandise” on outside of package to avoid additional duties/taxes. Any unauthorized returns will be donated to a local charity and will not be returned to the client.
Returned items must be in their original condition unworn, unwashed, not damaged, and must be accompanied by the original receipt. Once your return is processed you will be notified via email. Items must be returned to Tango Boutique within 7 days. Please note that by completing the checkout process you are agreeing to our store policies.
Items must be returned from a smoke free home. If any scent residue is on the products a 20% dry cleaning fee will be deducted from the store credit.
Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs and any duties or additional taxes. Using the delivery service of your choice, we suggest you obtain a tracking number and insure your package for the full value of the merchandise being returned. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in shipping.
